What we do with
your information.

If you apply to work with us: your name, email, phone, city, the role you are interested in, and your resume. We use it only to assess your application and to contact you about work.

If you contact us as a brand: your name, email, company and message. We use it only to reply.

If you ask to see a demonstration: your email address, used to send you the link and, if you agree, occasional news about our work. Every message has an unsubscribe link.

Our website forms are hosted by Netlify, and our email by Google Workspace. Both process the data on our behalf. We never sell your data, and we never share a resume with a client without asking you first.

Applications and resumes: two years from your last contact with us, then deleted — unless you ask us to keep them longer so we can consider you for future work. Brand enquiries: three years. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Write to us and we will, within thirty days: send you a copy of everything we hold on you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. You never have to give a reason. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you these rights; we apply them to everyone regardless of where you live.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve them. Nothing else follows you around.
